One Moment In Time

Appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us
These last weeks have been as if the wind has blown in a calming effect of no-thing.
A feeling of not thinking much about any of what is going on.
Listening deeply to people with their made up stories brought up a lot of curiosity.
Knowing how our mind works more like a projector and not a camera.
I could see the scary stories and conspiracy beliefs that people absorb within their personal thinking.
You see we are always feeling our thinking so, if we believe there is a scary monster outside then we will be filled with fear of going out.
So at this time I am not worrying about the future of how I feel.
I am letting go of my thoughts of what will come.
Our world will go on and it is not within our control.
Only I can manage me.
The stillness that I’m experiencing is beyond words.
Taking in every sound, smell and beauty that captures the deeper spiritual place within.
A place where there is no fear.
A place where there is just one moment in time.
